What you’ll do
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to help build Till’s market position. Responsible for day-to-day content and engagement across Till’s social channels, you will take our social media presence to the next level. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, social media fanatic, and has a passion for creating exceptional digital experiences & interactions for our audience of teens and families. This role reports to the Head of Brand.

Responsibilities

Develop content, copy, and programs designed to extend social media reach on Till’s social channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter)
Act as the voice of the brand on the front lines with our community by responding to comments and inquiries in real-time.
Drive consistency of our brand voice and personality on social media.
Build long lasting relationships, growing social media communities
Develop new and innovative ways to foster conversation and engage with our brand’s community.
Collaborate with the Growth Marketing and Data teams on reporting across social media touchpoints.
Work with Customer Support team to ensure consistent customer facing communications across channels, drafting social media-friendly messaging for initiatives like new feature launches, partnerships, and FAQs.
Capture consumer insights and report regularly on social media community management efforts, trends and opportunities.
Curate user-generated content and support execution of organic social media strategy.
Stay versed in day-to-day social media and cultural trends and be excited and ready to engage with Till followers on these topics.
Capitalize on real-time opportunities, news and events relevant to our communities.
Source and cultivate influencer relationships.
Qualifications/Who you are

2-4 years of experience in a similar role supporting social media strategy and brand awareness for an organization.
Experience in online community building and managing social communities, passionate about delivering exceptional experiences in these channels.
Exceptional writing skills, and a natural conversationalist who enjoys interacting with our target community of teens and families.
Interest and experience in content development and desire to bring new forms of content to our followers as social channels evolve.
Detail-oriented and thorough, with an interest in consistently tracking the impact of your efforts.
Familiar with all social platforms, and avid user of social media personally.
Entrepreneurially-minded, eager to learn and take on new and varied responsibilities.
