Join the Content Marketing & Social Media team as a Social Media Manager. In this role, you will manage social strategy as well as have an opportunity to brainstorm and implement innovative ideas to engage followers.

Job Duties:
Manage social strategy and content for social media sites, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
Podcast Development and Execution
Develop topics, edit scripts, manage editing
Referrals & Reviews Strategy
Dollar Belles & Dollar Bills YouTube Video Series
Develop topics, write scripts, manage production, concept the aesthetic and desired creative style of the video, give direction on editing style, intro, outro, etc.
Brand Awareness Programs
Photography (External and Internal)
Research financial industry expert content to distribute on social media
Work with our agencies to develop editorial calendars, pitch topic ideas
Assist with responding to customer & employee feedback online to help maintain a positive brand reputation
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Experience:

Minimum 5 years of social media experience and brand reputation management.
Undergraduate degree in marketing, business, journalism, or communication.
Outstanding marketing, organizational, written, communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent marketing and project management competencies.
Operate with a high degree of strategic thinking, initiative, and dedication to results.
Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A deep understanding of the blogosphere, social media and emerging social platforms and technologies.
Knowledge of Sprout Social, Bambu, GaggleAMP, Graphic Design and Canva a plus.
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
This role is Hybrid-Remote with some time expected in the Omaha office each week.
