Position Overview
4media group is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who can collaborate and lead within our rapidly growing, integrated marketing communications team. We are looking for a self-starter who will contribute to our growing digital and social media practices and who can create and execute robust strategies and campaigns.

This is a national-account level position based in our Bentonville offices in Northwest Arkansas and will report directly to the EVP of Digital and Social Media.
We are looking for someone with an extensive background in social media marketing, preferably agency experience and a proven track record in client relationship management.

Roles and responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies
Define and deliver against client social media KPIs
Manage and oversee social media content
Stay current with latest social media best practices and technologies, popular culture, trends
Use social media marketing tools for scheduling, reporting, listening
Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is social-first
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
Adhere to rules and regulations
Work cross functionally to manage services required to meet client’s needs
Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and freelancers
Ensure strategic and consistent framing of messages
Establish processes for campaign creation, deployment, reporting
Serve as subject matter expert in support of Sales
Seek out opportunities across the digital, brand and shopper segments
Work with current and form new strategies to attract new clients to our brand and convert them into loyal customers
Support and assist your team in reaching and exceeding KPIs, becoming better salespeople and attracting more clients to our brand
Manage video and photography projects for client’s communications channels as needed
Attend events, conferences, and speaking engagements relevant to clients
Advocate on behalf of the company brand with external stakeholders and the media across all communications channels and vehicles
Edit and revise content as necessary
What you will bring to the role:

You are a strategic communicator with the ability to work with business strategy teams as well as technical teams
You have established and transferable relationships at brands and agencies
You are comfortable in a startup environment
You are a self-starter with a proven ability to execute, both individually and as part of a team
Details, organization, and discipline matter to you
You have the grit and drive to help build a startup as well as enjoy the rewards
You have a high EQ, comfort with ambiguity and a “no job too small” startup mentality
You have strong and professional communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation communications
5+ years of digital marketing experience
Influencer or shopper marketing background
Strong knowledge of Influencer/Shopper marketing, digital advertising, and analytics
Deep understanding of the advertising industry, including trends among social platforms, clients and agencies
Ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Can identify opportunities within existing clients and explore new markets
Able to pursue long-term strategic vision and be flexible to respond to new opportunities

Requirements:

This job requires candidate to report in-person to the Bentonville office
