Senior Consultant- Sales Operations on our Federal Sales Operations

team in Columbus- OH.

Our Sales Operations team is at the heart of developing sales processes an

procedures for administering- fulfilling and communicating both online and
offline orders. A bridge between sales and other operational functions- we use
our expertise to evaluate and implement improvements to sales programs and
processes – from planning and prioritization to pricing and margin strategies-
sales automation- reporting and more. Put simply- we make sure the process of
getting our ground-breaking products and services to customers as simple and
seamless as possible.

_Key Responsibilities:_

Participates in guiding sales operations strategy- and determine priorities affecting immediate operations as well as having company- wide impact
Manages key strategic initiatives and business sales operations improvement projects
Interacts with executives and/or major customers- generally involving controversial situations- customer negotiations- or influencing and persuading other senior level leaders
Project management methodology utilization (PMP preferred)

_Essential Requirements:_

Typically requires 15+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor`s degree; or 12+ years and a Master`s degree; or a PhD with 8+ years| experience; or equivalent experience
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government personnel security clearance; active clearance preferred
Must have TS SCI with Full Scope Poly Clearance
Ability to: lead- motivate and direct a workgroup- influence others to achieve results- and manage in a matrix environment
Strong strategic planning abilities
Advanced negotiation skills
Understanding of key sales and management reporting tools
