Hilton|s Commercial Services organization is comprised of over 5|000 team
members driving our sales| revenue management| call center| and analytics
functions. These functions are the core of Hilton|s commercial engine and are
key to Hilton|s ability to drive profitable growth.
What will I be doing?
As the Group Channels Manager| you will serve as the main point of contact and
account manager for key group channels| ultimately supporting and advancing
Hilton|s Group Channel Strategy. This includes leading and coordinating the
day-to-day execution of operations and strategic priorities| evaluating group
channel performance and driving group channel optimization. You will work
collectively with senior leadership and internal and external stakeholders to
develop key account plans| identify business opportunities| communicat

relevant channel information| lead account budgets and negotiate contracts t

establish enterprise pricing and terms.

More specifically| you will:

Develop and maintain positive relationships and partnerships with senior leaders| business leaders| and key partners to advance Hilton|s Group Channel Strategy.
Be the key point person for channel relationships and programs. This includes developing efficiencies and channeling accountability. You will ensure that we demonstrate our collective buying power to drive value for the enterprise.
Exercise sound judgment| critical thinking| and analytical skills to evaluate performance| identify commercial opportunities| seek and provide recommendations| and craft key account plans to improve operational and financial performance.
Ensure optimal performance by actively communicating progress and deadlines to senior leadership to ensure clarity| risk mitigation| and timely problem resolution. This involves driving hotel level communications around key developments and product offerings.
Responsible for annual contract negotiation and product-specific negotiations. This includes employing negotiation techniques that facilitate positive outcomes while fostering trust.
Drive accountability for the annual budget.
Demonstrate that you can thrive as a self-starter in a high-paced and dynamic environment. This involves working with tight deadlines| effectively handling multiple| concurrent demands and appropriately prioritizing to implement all tasks that align with core strategic goals.
Establish and maintain strong and positive partnerships by liaising across Hilton|s global organization. This includes communicating consistently with a diverse group of associates and external vendors.

To fulfill this role successfully| you should demonstrate the following
minimum qualifications:

Five (5) years of professional experience
Three (3) years of relevant experience within the hospitality or travel industry in functions such as Strategic Planning| Account Management or similar
Deep understanding of the hospitality and travel industry and experience within the Group Channel segment
Intermediate Microsoft PowerPoint skills| including creating presentations
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills| must understand pivot tables
Project Management experience
Travel as required (up to 10%)

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following
capabilities and distinctions:

BA/BS Bachelor|s Degree
One (1) year of experience with Cvent Hospitality Cloud
Experience working directly with or supporting Sales
