Lead Guest Facing Technology Consultant – Hilton Corporate – Carrollton

What will I be doing?
The location for this position is remote/virtual.
As a Lead Guest Facing Technology Consultant| you will work closely with the
Director of Guest Facing Technology Consulting on Governance process tasks
related to our new converged network strategy.

More specifically| you will:

Build process diagrams| procedures| and requestor submission materials for governance processes.
Manage intake| submission reviews| and status updates working closely with internal and external partners to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
Lead vendor governance efforts related to compliancy to contracts| technical standards| and processes.
Provide governance reporting and process requirements as part of internal system automation efforts.
Attend and manage cross-functional team planning meetings and distribute updated project status reports.
Analyze measurement data and build charts to clearly articulate results.

To fulfill this role successfully| you should demonstrate the following
minimum qualifications:

Seven (7) years of experience working with customer-facing technology solutions
Three (3) years of experience in process/project management
Travel required is approximately 5-10%.

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following
capabilities and distinctions:

BA/BS Bachelor|s Degree in Business or Communications
Nine (9) years of technical project management
