Job Summary
AECOM is actively seeking a highly motivated Entry-Level Landscape and Urban
Designer for employment in the Orlando- FL office. AECOM is pleased to include

(GDP). This program is designed to support your assimilation into the

The responsibilities of this position include- but are not limited to:
Assisting in the preparation of technical drawings for conceptual design or construction documents
Preparing illustrative digital design graphics including plan- section- elevation- or three-dimensional representations
Preparing hand-drawn design concepts
Preparing basic design calculations
Performs a variety of assignments designed to develop professional work knowledge and abilities- requiring application of standard techniques- procedures and criteria in carrying out tasks.
Preparing specifications- reports and related data tables.
Maintaining liaison with design and drafting groups.
Preparing- reviewing- and approving drawings as required.
Under the direction of the Supervising Landscape Architect- may perform technical assignments of moderate complexity within approved schedules and budgets.
May coordinate technical and administrative activities with employees in other disciplines and other departments participating on an assigned project.
May assist in the training and evaluation of assigned landscape architectural and design/drafting personnel.
Minimum Requirements
BA/BS + None or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Landscape Architecture or Urban Design required-
Masters degree in either major preferred.
Proficiency in AutoCAD- Adobe Creative Suite- SketchUp (or other three-
dimensional modeling software) required. Candidates with Revit or Land FX
experience preferred.
