You are:
A numbers person, a techie and above all, a team-player with higher education experience. You’ve always understood the power of technology to make financial functions easier, and now you’re ready to work collaboratively to help get education clients ready for the future of finance.

The work:
Support project teams as they modernize business through finance at leading education institutions, by consulting with internal and external teams to understand strategy and goals
Champion digital finance strategies by applying finance processes (procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report)
Collaborate with client teams to plan and deliver operation changes and help develop operational reports, service level agreements, and process KPIs.
Manage the transition of processes between organizations, including transition management, knowledge transfer, and process reengineering.
Partner with technology teams to implement finance software solutions, like Workday and Oracle Cloud products.
Apply your in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives to find solutions to complex finance business challenges.

Here’s what you need:
Minimum of 3 years of Higher Education experience
Minimum of 3 years of project experience on education Finance Transformation projects
Minimum of 1 year of experience cross functional touchpoints areas: Finance functional touchpoints, Accounting, Procurement, AP
Minimum of 1 year of Grants Management experience, including back office procedures
Minimum of 1 year of experience with finance process best practices and organizational design, Project activity sequencing and change management
Bonus points if:

• You have consulting experience
