Job Summary
AECOM is actively seeking a highly motivated Entry Level Water/ Waste Water
Engineer for employment in the Salt Lake City- UT office. AECOM is pleased to

The responsibilities of this position include- but are not limited to:

Builds analytic and design skills.

Conducts engineering design under the supervision of an

experienced engineer.

Creates designs- calculations- sketches- diagrams- schematic drawings- and final working drawings under the supervision of an experienced engineer.

Collects and analyzes data under the supervision of an experienced engineer.

Uses computer software as a tool for solving basic engineering problems.

Performs work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule under supervision.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor degree in Civil- Chemical- or Environmental Engineering or related field

Educational emphasis on hydraulic systems- water treatment- wastewater treatment- or similar fields

Basic knowledge of industry standard computer software for the position (CAD- GIS- hydraulic analysis- process modeling)

Must possess a valid driver license

Preferred Qualifications

Master`s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

0-2 years relevant experience

Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) or ability to obtain within 12 months of ire

Capable of supporting multiple projects at a time and meet project schedules

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Capable of using spreadsheet- word processing and standard office software

Technical experience related to water/wastewater process engineering or hydraulic analysis
