Chief Customer Office Sr. Advisor – DELL – USA

on our CX team in Round Rock- TX.
This role will support CX changes across Dell Technologies that are critical
to Enterprise and Commercial customers and sales. This role will work daily
across functions (sales- marketing- services- and operations) around the world
to identify opportunities and address significant customer impacting issues
across Dell EMC and- at times- at Dell Technologies. Solutions to thes

opportunities and issues may require tactical (what can get done quickly) an

or strategic (how much must we evolve) resolution.

This role is for individuals with a successful track record looking to driv

fast-paced- strategic and operational initiatives with small high-powered
teams- are comfortable working from the senior executive level down to the
front-line- and are driven by a customer-first- win/win philosophy. To be
successful- the candidate must demonstrate a strong track record of working
strategically- possessing knowledge of Dell`s operations and services- driving
results with and through others- and possess strong analytical- critical
thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Exceptional oral- and written
communication skills are a given.


Develop an understanding of Dell`s strategic business objectives and business unit operations.
Support the full project lifecycle
Work cross-functionally to gain buy-in- support- and assistance.
Have an excellent understanding of Dell/DellEMC operational metrics and processes
Provide the customer perspective
Work with leaders to insure excellent execution and scalability of efforts as required
Establish strong relationships with sales- marketing- product groups- service- operations and finance and to support resolution
Supports activities in defining the scope of projects and actively participates on several other projects- including developing project plans- and ensuring forward momentum of projects toward stated goals.
Tracks and monitors project work plans- including objectives- tasks and time frames to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
Responds to changing project circumstances and communicates issues to project leadership.
Takes a flexible- team player approach- willing to |pitch in| whenever and wherever needed.
Builds reports- presentations- memos and other communications as needed.
Participate in special projects and performs other duties as required.


Bachelor`s Degree
MBA preferred


5+ years of prior work experience with an emphasis working globally in Technology businesses in operations and services
Preference is for an experienced operational strategist with excellent analytical skills and ability to translate issues into actionable solutions that have strong buy-in.
Good financial skills and operational analysis required
Strong knowledge of Dell`s/Dell EMC`s competitive position- product offerings and route-to-market strategy required.
Have the ability to find and analyze data quickly to evaluate hypotheses and solutions
Have excellent project management and communication skills. Needs to be highly organized in what can be highly ambiguous situations.
Has strong presence and facilitation skills
Have basic understanding of Customer Journey Mapping & Design Thinking preferred
Excellent listening- persuasion and empathy.
Excellent verbal- written and conversational skills.
Proficient with Excel- Word- and Power Point required. SQL & Tableau are preferred
