The Boca Raton Resort & Club is seeking a part time Spa Reception Agent.
A Spa Reception Agent will be greeting and registering guests entering the
spa/salon/health club/fitness center. A Spa Reception Agent provides the Spa
managers with administrative and clerical support including word processing|
typing| e-mailing| filing| data-entry| faxing| copying| corresponding|
answering telephones| processing mail| taking notes and/or dictation| making
travel arrangements and performing other general office duties.
What will I be doing?
Average Percent of Time:
85% – Provides efficient guest service from point of arrival to check out.
Books| changes| cancels appointments. Sells retail.
10% – Assists with laundry and tidies up the locker rooms and lounge area.
Supportive Functions:
In addition to performance of the essential functions| this position may be
required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions| with
the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the
supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the company.
•Accurately schedule all Spa and Salon reservations| changes| cancellations in
Spa Soft| confirm reservations and inform guest of Spa Policies.
•Accurately process all billing and posting for spa and retail services:
report any overages and shortages to supervisor.
•Accurately explain spa treatment menu and packages to guests.
•Greet and welcome all incoming and outgoing guests and staff in accordance to
Resort Standards.
