What you will work with
Manage all email campaigns from creation to launch, measurement and optimization
Keep our MailerLite accounts organized and up-to-date
Identify opportunities to grow our email list and create forms, pop-ups, and landing pages to attract subscribers
Create email segments and interests groups for targeted lead generation
Plan and design different email automation workflows
Write and proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling
Test achievement of each campaign and determine email marketing KPIs.
Make documentation and guides for processes, A/B tests and promotions
Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
What we expect from you
Minimum 2 years of experience creating and managing email marketing campaigns with 100k+ subscribers
Hands-on experience with email marketing tools like MailerLite, MailChimp, or similar
Proficiency in email marketing automation and segmentation
Familiarity with analytical and database tools
Knowledge of marketing fundamentals, including strategy, funnels, storytelling, design, user experience, new/emerging tech platforms
Excellent written communication and copywriting skills in English

Required Qualifications

Mid-level working experience in industry or government within cybersecurity engineering.

What we’re looking for

What you’ll be doing
Create dashboards and daily reports for company and stakeholder use
Query data and create data visualization dashboards on key business metrics.
Present findings from analyses and make recommendations to leadership.
Coordinate with business planners and decision makers to translate business questions into verifiable hypothesis
Conduct analyses to identify trends, variations, patterns, and insights on the Provi marketplace.

What we are looking for
Bachelor’s Degree in Analytics, Statistics, Engineering or related field
1+ years of experience in an analytical role, ideally in high-growth startups or similar dynamic environments

Provi is looking for an experienced analytics manager to join our growing Insights and Analytics team in a player/coach role. Do you love mentoring analysts? Do you love to make an impact with data? The Operational Analytics department is seeking a Senior Data Solutions Analyst to join our Data & Reporting team! Operational Analytics is a newly-formed department responsible for delivering of best in class data solutions, analytics, and insights across all business functions within Global Retail Markets (GRM) U.S.

We are looking for a Senior Data Solutions Analyst to join an experienced team supporting multiple GRM U.S. functions, with a focus on reporting work in Distribution (Independent Agent channel) or Claims. This is an opportunity to gain broad exposure across GRM U.S. and play a critical part in driving progress against critical business priorities!

In addition to the responsibilities below, you will:

Build and maintain data solutions and reporting to meet the needs of the enterprise
Ensure data solutions use the most appropriate tools and technology and can be scaled
Design and develop data solutions and reporting that enable effective self-service data consumption, describing their value to the customer
Collaborate with peers to share best practices, ensure use of consistent tools & techniques, and reduce
redundancies & lower value work
Collaborate to with internal partners to identify optimization opportunities across the broad GRM US reporting and data solution portfolio
Lead and contribute to projects that streamline GRM’s reporting portfolio, identifying areas for consolidation and optimization

Responsibilities

Under limited direction, prototypes/develops data solutions of high complexity to meet the needs of the organization and business customers.
Designs proof-of-concept solutions utilizing an advanced understanding of multiple coding languages to meet technical and business requirements, with an ability to perform iterative solution testing to ensure specifications are met.
Acts as a technical guide and mentor for lower level associates.
Designs and develops data solutions that enables effective self-service data consumption, and can describe their value to the customer.
Assists stakeholders in defining metrics that are impactful to the business.
Prioritize efforts based on customer value.
Has a strong understanding of Agile techniques.
Can set expectations for deliverables of high complexity.
Works with IT to help scale prototypes.
Maintains proof-of-concepts and prototype data solutions, and handles any assessment of their viability and scalability, with own team or in partnership with IT.
Working with IT, assists in building robust systems focusing on long-term and ongoing maintenance and support.
Ensures data solutions include deliverables required to achieve high quality data.
Display a basic understanding of complex multi-tier, multi-platform systems, and applies principles of metadata, lineage, business definitions, compliance, and data security to project work.
Has a strong understanding of Business Intelligence tools, including visualization and user experience techniques.
Can set expectations for deliverables of high complexity.
Works with IT to help scale prototypes.
Demonstrates an understanding of new technologies as needed to progress initiatives.
