Job Description
Do you love supporting people? As a Consumer Banker you will use your passion for customer service to support client’s banking needs by completing a variety of teller transactions. You will learn and apply knowledge of compliance with all applicable standards, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. In this role you will have the opportunity to work with a team to address client questions, resolve basic issues, pursue referral opportunities, maintain, and balance a cash drawer by applying quality service standards and minimize fraud related losses. and pursuing referral opportunities.

Qualifications: no banking experience required – retail experience welcomed! Combination of education and experience generally acquired through the attainment of a High School Diploma or equivalent along with cash handling and/or customer service experience. Ability to demonstrate and consistently model Bremer values, Bremer Leadership Competencies and foster an inclusive work environment. Experience in sales or promotion of products and services is a plus. Proficiency of customer basics is preferred.
